ASSISTANT GM: 2 positions available! This is a full-time, dynamic role for a leader who wants to grow their manager skills in either our West Seattle Alki location or our Columbia City location. This person supports the general operations of the restaurant as AGM: scheduling, ordering, bar oversight, admin stuff. We need someone with a couple years of manager/lead duties under their belt. Locations available: Columbia City (Super Six) and West Seattle (ma kai). There are full postings for both positions on Poached.
COMMISSARY KITCHEN MANAGER: Our home base kitchen needs a super-organized, hard-working leader to coordinate the operations of our prep crew. Previous leadership experience is a bonus, as is a fearless approach to seriously high volume production. Loving food trucks and logistics helps too. This is a full-time position. Location available: Columbia City (Commissary). There is a full posting on Poached.
DRIVERS: This is a part-time job in the evenings for an individual with a keen eye for detail and a sense of urgency. Drivers make internal deliveries between our commissary and restaurants, go to restaurant supply stores and purchase product, assist with catering deliveries, and other things that help our business flow smoothly. Must be able to lift 60 pounds and have a clean driving record. Location available: Columbia City (Commissary).
PREP COOKS: We make everything from scratch and this means we have lots of prep. We're currently looking for prep cooks in our commissary kitchen. This is where the aloha begins. No kitchen experience is necessary, and we can train anyone motivated! Shifts are day time, and there are both full-time and part-time options. Location available: Columbia City (Commissary).
DISHWASHERS: We have a couple open spots for dishwashers. Ideally, candidates have a little dishwasher experience, but we can train ambitious, hard-working folks. There are both AM and PM shifts. Must be 18 years old. Locations available: West Seattle and Columbia City (Super Six).
LINE COOKS: We have line cook jobs at all Marination locations as well as at our full-service restaurant Super Six. Super Six has openings for weekend brunch cooks and Marination has openings for AM and PM grill and fry cooks. We can train ambitious people. Locations available: ALL.
CREW MEMBERS: We've got multiple openings available for this position. Crew members interact with customers and assemble food at our Marination fast-casual restaurants or on our food truck. Crew members are motivated, energetic, detail-oriented, and love exceptional customer service. Must be 18 years old. Locations available: ALL.
