Marination Mobile is Seattle’s sauciest food truck. Founded in 2009, Marination specializes in Hawaiian and Korean curb cuisine that is always fast, usually marinated in a signature sauce, frequently served in a tortilla, and mostly healthy. Our rolling street kitchen is a righteous destination for carnivores and vegetarians alike. Daily location will be posted on the website and last-minute changes will come via Twitter (most likely.
