Delivery minimum: $500, plus a $50 delivery fee. (Subject to change based on location.)
Pickup: Available with no minimum — just swing by!
Tray orders: All trays are one protein variety — we can’t mix and match within a single tray.
Dietary needs: Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options available upon request.
Pricing: Does not include WA sales tax or service charge. And 18% service charge applies to all orders, and 20% for staffed events.
Marination Catering FAQs
What is the minimum order for delivery? Delivery orders have a $500 minimum, plus a $50 delivery fee. Deliveries outside Seattle city limits are subject to a $100 delivery fee.
Can I pick up my order instead? Yes — pickup is available with no minimum order required.
How far in advance should I place my catering order? We recommend reaching out as early as possible. We'll confirm availability and next steps within one business day.
What dietary options are available? We can accommodate most dietary needs and allergies. Gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, and vegan options are available upon request.
Can I order just a tray of protein? Yes, cost varies depending on your protein choice.
Can I split a tray between two proteins? No — each tray is one protein variety. We don't mix protein types within a single tray.
What is the cut-off for making changes to my order? We can accommodate changes up to 24 hours prior to your event.
